Showcasing Pantone's Color of the Year
Pantone, the world-renowned authority on color and provider of color systems, announced Tangerine Tango as the color of the year. This wedding invitation set highlights the beautiful orange color. I don't think anything beats an orange and gray combination with accents of yellow and red. Since this wedding is in August, the couple wanted their invitations to have a fun, summery vibe. With the use of fonts and wording (headpieces and hats required!), this wedding shows its fun side!

Big Love in Texas
This couple is from Texas but were moving to Arkansas. Before they did, Pam threw them a wedding shower. To play up Texas (their true love), we lined the envelopes with a Texas map. And on the invitation, we stated "Love is bigger in Texas" (and even bigger in Arkansas).

Chevron black and white invitations
Black and white invitations don't have to be boring! I love these chevron lined envelopes with the oversized 6.25" x 9.25" invitation backed by two cardstocks. The invitations are elegant but modern with the pop of trendy pattern. And the custom belly band holds the response card/envelope and website card neatly in the back. Guests will appreciate the pieces being tucked in when they open the invitation.

Destination: Austin, Texas
Because many of Tori & Nolan’s guests are coming from out of town, we wanted to highlight that the wedding will be held in Austin, Texas. I did this by creating a unique trifold, accordion-folded save the date, complete with a Texas state image laser cut from the cover to show a heart over Austin.
I also created “luggage tags” with their wedding website printed on it. Using purple baker’s twine, the tags hang from one of the panels (guests can easily take this off and put it on their refrigerator). I created a play on words by tying the baker’s twine in a knot and stating “We are tying the knot”.
Finally, on the back we included fun facts about Tori & Nolan’s relationship (such as their first date and where he proposed) as well as information about Texas.
