1960s Style New Year's Eve Party
Love the theme for this New Year's Eve party...1960s with a hint of Mad Men. The client didn't want any obvious Mad Men illustrations so we used wording to reference instead (i.e., "You be Mad to Miss It" and "Let's Party Like Mad". This party is going to be a blast (from the past)!
Featuring: Metallic pearlescent paper and envelopes, pocketfold, computer printed calligraphy on envelopes

Balloon save the dates and cactus pocketfold invitations
First off, I love Pam and Mike so much! They are such a fun couple and I'm extremely excited that they will soon be married. Mike and his family are dear friends for over 20 years and I'm honored that they chose me to design their wedding invitations.
Pam created her save the dates by having an online company print their wedding details and website directly on a latex balloon. Guests simply inflate the balloon for the details! I can't wait to create a one-of-a-kind save the date balloon for one of my clients. Bravo to Pam for such a great idea!
For the wedding invitations, Pam and Mike wanted teal and chartreuse green incorporated (love the combo). They wanted a ranch-style feel with vintage touches. I created a yucca cactus illustration on the invitation and a vintage-style seamless tile image on each enclosed card. For fun, we wrote "Dinner, Dancing and Shenanigans" on the invitation instead of the traditional "Reception to follow". For the response postcard, I created a mad lib for guests to fill in. This fit the couple perfectly. I also designed thank you notes with the yucca illustration and their custom monogram.
As a nod to the mad lib, I'll fill out the last line of the response card: "Mike and Pam, I wish you
infinity years of happiness and
shenanigans with each other!" Love you two!
